Worst experience with this moving company! So unreliable! I had made an appointment on Sunday for a move. Nobody came and reported. Calls are ignored. I was put off until Monday. On Monday it might be Tuesday, but maybe I should look for another moving company. If you cannot perceive relocations, then you should not accept them, and even contractually. Stay away from these people - absolutely untrustworthy. The case is given to the lawyer and consequences are to be expected!

This is a company based on the motto "Moving - everything from a single source"!
As is usual with other companies, a relocation advisor comes first, who takes all the items to be moved into the calculation.
The consultant from TOP Umzug was punctual, very friendly and competent.

New moving boxes were delivered to the house beforehand, which in the end were almost exactly sufficient in quantity.

On the day of the move, the helpers arrived on time with their two trucks.
What happened after that is almost impossible to describe in words. It was like being in a dovecote, and the men literally toiled "like animals", because the in and out was reminiscent of working ants building a hill.
Living room cabinet parts were wrapped in cling film with protective covers - great.
The bed and the wardrobe were quickly dismantled.
The old apartment was emptied in the shortest possible time, including the basement room with washing machine.

Almost as quickly everything was unloaded again in the new apartment and the cupboards reassembled.

The perfect option is that a carpenter and electrical appliance fitter can also be booked. An old stove with an oven was separated from the kitchen unit in no time and a new freestanding stove was installed.

All employees were extremely polite, friendly and courteous, so that at the end of the day we even said goodbye to each other with a friendly hug!

It may be important for one or the other. We were offered the opportunity to know that the painting work for the "old apartment" could be commissioned via TOP-Umzug, but we didn't need it.

The company can be reached very well by telephone, with the commercial clerk always acting in a friendly and competent manner.

That's why we give it 5 stars, a big thank you, plus a blessing God!

My parents moved with this company and were unbelievably ripped off as old and sick people. My mother had to go to a hospital after moving. The preparations are good, an employee came to inspect the bulk of the removal goods and took enough time for it. Cardboard boxes were delivered punctually and sufficiently, a firm offer was sent in writing. On the day of the move, it was found that the prepared truck would not be sufficient. But there is also no bigger one and the next appointment would only be possible days later. Since the move took place 600 km away, my mother had to drive up alone and my father in a hotel. My parents agreed to pay € 200 more aigram for the second trip. Days later, when the rest of the house was picked up, my father was told that the move would of course be more expensive (600 €) and that if he did not immediately consent, the move would be over. My father accepted under this pressure. The secretary initially reacted to calls from me understandingly, increasingly more aggressively, and the boss was denied. Then I got into the car and unfortunately only came when my mother had broken up and given the packers part of the amount, otherwise they would have left again. I refused the rest, the drivers, who spoke bad German or pretended to do so, refused to issue a receipt for the additional money. All attempts to get in contact with the company were unsuccessful. I can only warn against this company. Especially older people, who are less able to defend themselves and are thus ripped off. .

With the people from Top Umzug e. k. experienced a brilliant move. Our household in Munich had to be completely relocated to Berlin. Everything worked brilliantly. Would move again at any time with the Top Umzuege Muenchen. Can't understand the previous speaker at all !! The furniture packers were really courteous and also very friendly! The boss has confirmed the price for the KPL move by phone and after 3 days the invoice that we had previously transferred (because of the tax recognition) was in the mailbox. We can unreservedly recommend this company.

Thanks to TOP Umzug Munich, our entire move was absolutely stress-free and harmonious.
Right from the start, we were given exemplary advice and we always had friendly staff on the other end of the phone line.
The visit was free and non-binding; The very friendly man from the field service has already answered our first questions competently.
It took less than 3 hours after the viewing and we had received a fixed price offer at an absolutely fair price by email.
The move itself was almost relaxing. The movers were on site on time. Our furniture was treated with care and all arrived safely. The employees were also extremely polite, courteous and hardworking. Before we knew it, our things were in the new apartment and all the furniture was assembled.
The invoice came a few days later by email.
I was absolutely satisfied with the entire moving company and I can recommend it without hesitation.

It was the best and most professional move I've made in my life. The men were very punctual, very correct, did not take any breaks and everything was loaded and unloaded in a very short period of time. Absolutely nothing was broken because the men were very careful with the removal goods. They even set up my wardrobe, although that was not agreed beforehand and that perfectly and did not charge any further costs!

The delivery of the moving boxes a week before the move went smoothly and the men were very polite!

I can warmly recommend this moving company, which works VERY correctly and invoices to the minute!

The apartment was viewed beforehand.

The truck was too small, communication was very poor because 1 employee was broken and 1 employee spoke no German, the way of working was very slow, 1 employee refused to transport flower pots because he had back pain, appropriate equipment such as ropes or hand trucks were not brought along. At the end, flower pots were pulled over the parquet floor with a blanket, so that sanding marks were created, which the landlord complained about (€ 1,038 damage). A neo-rococo mirror worth 900, - € disappeared without a trace, which I carried on the car myself.

There was no response to emails, registered letters / acknowledgment of receipt; During a personal conversation on site, Mr. Werner informed me that there was nothing he could do here and that I should call in an attorney, which I would do. Result open!

Disappointing and sad at the same time: the management and organization for the move from Bamberg to Munich were underground, the employees are unfriendly and incompetent. Eternal phone calls and arguments - for example, about the fact that I cannot pay in advance because my company does not do that in principle (private individuals should not be forced to do so either). The move itself went relatively smoothly. However, I had paid for the dismantling and assembly of my furniture (including all drilling and dowelling work) - on the day they moved into the new apartment, they said nothing more about it. Eternal phone calls and then the gentlemen did it after all. Unfortunately so terribly bad that the first shelf crashed off the wall after just 3 weeks. I can't put anything on the others before a complete overhaul. All the shelves are useless. After this experience, I know that it is worth spending a few euros more and I recommend that to everyone. Because they are cheap - but ultimately it is my expense ..
